Iris Training Institute Pty Ltd is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO number 45351) based in Western Sydney. We provide courses for domestic students targeted at existing workers. The RTO is a small, boutique-style operation that caters for small numbers of students. We provide training and assessment in BSB50215 - Diploma of Business and CHC33015 - Certificate III in Individual Support. We also have the following units on our scope: HLTAID001 - Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation, HLTAID003 - Provide first aid and HLTAID004 - Provide an emergency first aid response in an education and care setting.

Our target student cohort is learners who are currently working within an industry setting or those transitioning within their career seeking qualifications in the above or wishing to study a Unit of Competency or more.

Iris is only registered to deliver training and assessment to domestic students. We are not affiliated with any professional body and do not provide job finding services. Our courses require a competent level of English language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) and you may be required to undertake one or more LLN tests to be admitted into our programs.

Studying at Iris requires commitment in time and effort and there is no guarantee that every student will be successful at completing a qualification or unit of competency. There are several assessments, exercises and study requirements that need to be met. The courses will also take time to complete and though some learners will have more experience than others, for most learners, obtaining a qualification is a lengthy, involved, but also a fun and rewarding process.

Completing a qualification is a good starting point for potential career progression or a career change, but this does not mean that obtaining one of our qualifications will guarantee a work outcome. The jobs market is dynamic and completing a qualification is only one of many aspects that impact the potential to find a job. Iris does not guarantee that completing one of our courses will lead to finding a job, to a licensing outcome or achieving a specific career result.
